The RESILIENCE project aims to foster sustainable and inclusive development in Central Europe’s peripheral areas, tackling challenges such as economic underdevelopment, lack of services, depopulation, and marginality. The green and digital transition (twin transition) is both an opportunity and a challenge for these regions, where the untapped potential of the social economy can drive transformation. The project focuses on strengthening digital and green skills of social economy enterprises through capacity-building programs and mentoring, enabling them to develop concrete, market-ready solutions aligned with community needs. Transnational cooperation and bottom-up stakeholder engagement are key to ensuring effectiveness and sustainability. Through ResilienceLabs, the initiative seeks to create a resilient ecosystem that addresses immediate challenges while laying the foundation for long-term prosperity.

Type of service

Informest coordinates the partnership in implementing project activities and communication. Specifically, it develops a capacity-building program for social economy enterprises, aimed at supporting SMEs in peripheral and rural areas of Central Europe during the green and digital transition by providing the skills needed to manage change.

Informest also organizes local workshops to foster dialogue among key actors and regional stakeholders, promote an environment conducive to the growth of social enterprises, and identify innovative solutions that SMEs can adopt and develop.

Finally, Informest is responsible for drafting the call for social economy SMEs, enabling selected companies to receive the necessary support to carry out the twin transition, relaunch their business, and contribute to revitalizing the mountain areas of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region.
