Social economy enterprises operating in Carnia can apply for the ResilienCE Capacity Building Programme by 31 August 2026. Selected organisations will receive mentoring, training, organisational needs assessment and support for green and digital transition. The programme also includes a peer learning exchange in Budapest and transnational activities aimed at strengthening resilience and innovation.
The first ResilienCE Lab, organized in Gorizia by Informest on July 9, brought together public actors, training bodies, social economy and communities to define a shared vision for Carnia’s future. Objectives emerged on local economy, sustainable tourism, innovation, services, cooperation, identity and the role of social enterprises in resilient territorial development and inclusive sustainable growth.
The first ResilienCE Lab will take place in Gorizia on July 9 2026 organized by Informest within the Interreg Central Europe programme. The meeting will engage local stakeholders to develop priorities identified in the 19th May workshop, shaping a shared resilience vision for Carnia through participatory activities, SWOT analysis and territorial co-creation for sustainable future
An article in “la Repubblica” highlights Informest’s journey from its 1990s origins to its current role supporting access to European funds. It features the SFP and ResilienCE projects, focused on strategic foresight and social economy, showing concrete impacts on governance, innovation, sustainable territorial development and European cooperation in Friuli Venezia Giulia with regional stakeholder engagement.
The 19 May 2026 Informest organized the Preliminary Workshop for Resilience Labs online on Teams, engaging stakeholders from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Carnia. The event launched a participatory process to define innovative solutions supporting the social economy, highlighting territorial needs, development paths and priorities related to services, collaboration, sustainability and climate adaptation and local communities.
ResilienCE project partners refined the structure and implementation of the Capacity Building Programme, designed as a flexible and tailored pathway. It combines horizontal and vertical modules, includes an initial assessment questionnaire and offers support across five maturity levels. The programme will involve 25 selected enterprises, providing targeted mentoring and tools to strengthen resilience, sustainability and overall innovation.
In April 2026 ResilienCE strengthens support for social economy SMEs through capacity building, mentoring and territorial co-creation. The project promotes innovation, green and digital transition and peer learning. Through modular programmes, Resilience Labs and transnational calls, it supports place-based solutions for more resilient, inclusive and sustainable local communities across Central Europe.
ResilienCE joined Interact’s policy lab on employment and inclusion across borders in Košice, Slovakia, on 21–22 April 2026. The workshop gathered programmes, institutions and local actors to discuss cross border cooperation. Via Carpatia EGTC showcased the Szép Cserehát TAPE approach, highlighting integrated, place based strategies for jobs, social inclusion and regional resilience in Central Europe.
An online partnership meeting of the ResilienCE project took place on March, 31st , focusing on the advancement of key activities related to capacity building, mentoring, and local stakeholder engagement.
Gorizia, 27 February 2026 Work has begun on the ResilienCE project, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg Central Europe Programme, with the aim of transforming small social economy enterprises into drivers of change in the so‑called double transition – ecological and digital – in the peripheral areas of Central Europe.
