An online partnership meeting of the ResilienCE project took place on March, 31^st , focusing on the advancement of key activities related to capacity building, mentoring, and local stakeholder engagement.

The discussion, led by Informest, centred on the co-design of the Capacity Building Programme, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of social enterprises in addressing digital and green transition challenges. The programme will adopt a modular structure, combining horizontal business-oriented modules with sector-specific content tailored to different levels of enterprise maturity.

Partners contributed to the identification of target sectors – such as social inclusion, agriculture, and construction – and to the definition of the programme’s core deliverables: the Capacity Building Canvas, expected by the end of May, and the subsequent operational Guidelines.

The meeting also addressed:

• The development of a mentor training programme, coordinated by Slovak Business Agency and based on a blended learning approach
• The preparation of ResilienCE Labs, which will involve local stakeholders in co-design processes and the development of sustainable business models

The next partnership meeting is scheduled for 29 April and will further consolidate the joint work on programme development and implementation.
