The general objective of the project is the strengthening of competitiveness of SMEs in the cross border area through the development of cooperation activities and the creation of networks among enterprises, with the general aim to develop competitiveness of the cross border territory toward the global market.

Specific objectives:

• Promotion of R&D and of the knowledge economy, with particular attention to the system of SMEs
• Improve and qualify the occupational potential through the creation of coordinated systems of educational activities
• Strengthen systems of communication and instruction

Activities:

• Creation of a network among institutions supporting SMEs
• Implementation of a Knowledge Management System (KMS)
• Implementation f a Digital Business Ecosystem
• Creation of cross border clusters
• Activities of territorial marketing for the joint participation of cross border SMEs on foreign markets
• Development of specific actions for the involvement of junior and senior in the entrepreneurial contest
• Awareness of SMEs on innovation opportunities and on benefits of the internationalization process

Results:

• Creation of an active entrepreneurial cross border frameworks through the establishment of networks/platforms and clusters
• Activation of joint services for SMEs
• Improvement of competencies of junior and senior and connection between labour market and the educational system
