On 31th January 2014 INFORMEST (Service and Documentation Centre for International Economic Cooperation) presented the MER project in the 5th edition of the event GreeNordEsT organized by Energheia Magazine (portal for renewable energy and green building: http://www.energheiamagazine.eu/) at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce of Padua. GreenNordEst 2014 was divided into two days (30 and 31 January) in which they occurred, conferences, reports and training events on models of smart cities, 2014-2020 European programming, case histories, funding, multi-utilities and smart tools.

GreeNordEsT 2014 was a time of reflection and training, structured on two levels: the morning sessions dedicated to conferences, afternoon sessions reserved for training round-tables. In particular, the MER project was presented within the training round-table dedicated to the Public Administrations, sectoral associations and companies: Sustainability and Governance of production plants – the SEPA model (Sustainable and Equipped Productive Areas) and the Action Plan for Environmental Technologies . In short, were presented the objectives of MER project and its partnership , its 5 WP and the outcome of the 3 study tours carried out between November and January in several Industrial Parks in France (Côte d’Azur), Italy (Friuli Venezia Giulia) and Spain (Valencia). In the round table, as well as INFORMEST, participated also Ambiente Italia s.r.l. (Milan – Treviso, partner of relevant European projects on environmental management), Liguria Ricerche S.p.A. (Genoa, Liguria Region company active on technical assistance in the design, management and monitoring of programs and European projects) and Certiquality (Milan, an organization serving businesses accredited for the certification of business management systems for quality, environment, safety and certification of product).
