The Programme EUROSTART aims to strengthen the collaboration in 4 priority sectors for Friuli Venezia Giulia and Vojvodina, like: renewable energies, SME, culture and welfare. The general objective is the establishment of strong partnerships that facilitate the joint access to funds for the local development. The programme is structured into one horizontal action, in order to provide technical assistance for the access to pre-accession funds of the European Union as well as national and international funds for the local development, and four vertical actions, each focused on four sectors considered important:
– to foster the start of projects for the local development in the field of the renewable energies (Vertical action 1);
– to foster the start of project for the intercultural collaboration (Vertical action 2);
– to foster the start of project for the development of small and medium enterprises (Vertical action 3);
– to foster the start of project in the socio-healthcare field (Vertical action 4).

– Technical assistance for the access to European, international and national funds for the local development (Horizontal action)
– Context analysis and monitoring of the renewable energies in Vojvodina (Vertical action 1)
definition of local energetic plan and elaboration of the energetic ID of the municipalities (Vertical action 1)
– Analysis of biomasses in the tele-heating (Vertical action 1)
– Analysis and assistance for the implementation of the energetic efficiency in schools and public bodies (Vertical action 1)
– Study visits, workshops and events about the preservation of the artistic-cultural heritage (Vertical action 2)
– Creation of an IT system in support of the SME of Vojvodina (Vertical action 3)
– Services for local association in favour of people with mental disturbance (Vertical action 4)
