The project, a continuation of the initiative implemented in 2024, aims to strengthen the organizational structure of the Community in terms of governance and guiding principles for sustainable management. It seeks to promote co-design among operators and stakeholders through dialogue spaces, enhancing local project development capacities and facilitating access to regional and European funding. Furthermore, it aims to consolidate the role of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region in global sustainable development, in line with the Agenda 2030.
The activities, coordinated by Informest and InCE-SE, are structured into four main actions. The first focuses on management, with periodic meetings and constant monitoring to track progress and plan future actions, culminating in an annual plenary session. The second centers on training, offering workshops, seminars, and videocalls to develop project, financial, and participatory cooperation skills, alternating between in-person and online formats. The third action involves the creation of a digital ecosystem, including a scalable and interactive website to support the Community. Finally, communication is developed on two levels: internally, through a regional network of contact points, and externally, via an outreach strategy leveraging social media, meetings with European entities, and collaborations with priority countries of the Central European Initiative.
The project includes clear deliverables, such as reports, minutes, training materials, and digital tools, to ensure measurable and tangible impacts.
