Project objectives:
The objective of the initiative i sto increase knowledges and skills related to access and use of EU funds: target groups are young people of the Gorizia and Isonzo area interested in starting a professional career as EU project manager and EU policies experts.
Project activities:
Concept and implementation of a training course addressed to young people (24 to 30 years old) living in Gorizia and Isonzo area aimed at deepen issues related to Eu programmes promoting an approach both theoretical and practical with the scope of providing young people with operative tools to work in the field of cooperation project, both transnational and crossborder. The course will be structured in 2 modules: one focused on EU insititutions & programmes and on shaped as “laboratory” for EU project managers. It is foreseen to organize 8 workshops for a total of 24 hours of training with a final project work on a specific call for proposals.
Expected results:
Management and Coordination of the project (administrative, financial and technical).
Preparation of a call for the selection of participants to the training course.
Concept and implementation of 2 training modules.
Training and tutorship activities.
Gorizia and Isonzo area are in the middle of cross border development dynamics for the EU programming period 2007-2013, since the area is eligible in 8 EU cooperation programmes.
