Informest participated, on June 24 in Rimini, in the capitalisation event of the IPA ADRION Programme entitled “From Results to Uptake: Capitalizing Project Results for Policy Impact and Future Programming”.
The initiative, aimed at strengthening synergies and supporting the transferability of good practices and results of projects funded by the Programme, brought together project beneficiaries, stakeholders and management structures of various INTERREG Programmes. The discussion highlighted how structured dialogue and systematic knowledge exchange contribute to maximizing impact and added value across different territorial contexts and beyond individual Programme boundaries.
The first part of the conference focused on the strategic role of capitalisation activities within the INTERREG community, highlighting its dual function: on one hand, strengthening the valorisation and replicability of project results; on the other, providing useful reference elements for identifying priorities in the future programming period.
Particular attention was given to the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism, a cooperation platform involving 10 INTERREG Programmes and 24 countries, aimed at promoting coordination of actions, knowledge sharing and strengthening the outcomes of European cooperation in the Mediterranean area. In this context, the fourth call of the Italy-Croatia Programme was recently launched, aimed at supporting the transfer, adaptation and scaling-up of existing solutions across participating Programme areas, with a specific focus on sustainable tourism.
The second part of the event was dedicated to the exchange of experiences, good practices and solutions among beneficiaries of projects funded by the IPA ADRION Programme. Participants worked in thematic groups based on the 10 thematic clusters identified in the Programme’s Capitalisation Strategy, fostering discussions focused on the valorisation and transferability of results.
Pierluigi Coppola, Coordinator of Pillar 2 – Transport of the EUSAIR Macro-Regional Strategy, also took part in the event. The strategy benefits from technical and operational support from the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia as a partner of the strategic project supporting EUSAIR governance (Facility Point), funded by the IPA ADRION Programme.
In his speech, Coppola highlighted the central role of INTERREG projects in promoting the development and testing of innovative pilot actions, in strengthening territorial cohesion through dialogue between institutions and citizens, and in consolidating a community of practice among stakeholders, facilitating the transfer of skills and knowledge through peer learning tools.
Overall, the event reaffirmed the central role of INTERREG cooperation in enhancing concrete results and generating lasting impacts across territories, highlighting how capitalisation is a key tool for aligning project outcomes with policy-making processes at both European and territorial levels.
