Tolmino Castle on Kozlov rob is coming back to life!
Now that the restoration work is complete, we invite you to a cross-border event open to the public, “At the Castle for Stories of Tolmin”, which will be held on Saturday, 27 September 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Tolmin Museum.
Until 1:00 p.m., you can enjoy a convivial gathering with music, songs and stories, entertainment, presentations and even some food tasting. The event is open to visitors of all ages and is the first edition of a new tourist product in this extraordinary location.
The restoration has also enabled the opening of the new Kozlov rob Interpretation Centre, which will offer an innovative thematic exhibition, an immersive room and interactive play experiences.
The event is part of the RecapMCV – MerlinCV Recapitalisation project, co-financed by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Programme. It will be held in Slovenian, with interpreting services provided.
