It will be open until the middle of August, the exhibition organized by the Association “Le Marche segrete” in collaboration with Informest for the promotion of the territories involved by the IPA Adriatic project Adristorical Lands.
The exhibition, held at the Mercatori hall of Ascoli Piceno Municipality, illustrates the various locations surveyed by the project partners, such as historical towns, the artists’ houses, fortresses and castles, and allows visitors to ideally take a journery in the Adriatic, travelling from Bari Province to the Albanian Municipality of Lezha.
The 15 illustrative panels describe the territories involved, and will be available to all project partners for the promotion of the project at local level.
The Association “Le Marche Segrete” has then given its personal tribute to his artists, setting up a photo gallery of homes and artistic creations of some of the 25 owners of historic houses which over time have helped to bring prestige and importance to the territory Marches.
This important output is the result of over two years project work: after an initial phase of detection and cataloging of the “excellence” of the territories, the localities surveyed were included in a multimedia platform, and are now being promoted on the various territories and in occasion of the major cultural and tourist events.
The project “Adristorical Lands – History, Culture, Tourism, Arts and Craft Antique European Territory Adriatic”, is funded by the European Programme IPA Adriatic and involves the Adriatic coastal regions of Italy, the territories of Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
