Piccoli Grandi Alberghi (Small, Big Hotels)

Project objectives:

The project aimed at providing technical assistance to the National Association of Small and Family Hotels in order to increase the professional skills of the personnel, to re- qualify the facilities and services, to create a unique market image, to develop the co-operation with the Italian and European tourism market.

Project activities:

  • Analysis of the Association’s status, management tools, marketing policy and offer, analysis of the market diversification, facilities and services level, and the professional skills of the Association’s members;
  • Implementation of the membership criteria in product clubs;
  • Definition and realization a of a training course for the Association’s members;
  • Internship of the Association’s members in Italian hotels and associations;
  • Definition and realization of promotional and marketing initiatives on the European tourist market;
  • Final conference for the dissemination of the project results.

Expected results:

  • Definition of quality standard indicators for each target club;
  • Increasing of the professional skills and boosting of the marketing policies on the European tourist market;
  • Successful positioning of the Association’s members on the tourist market;
  • Proposals for the review of the marketing plan.
