By Regional Law 2 November 2021, no. 16, art. 6, paragraphs 3-7 – the Directorate of Culture has committed the funds of Chapter 12095 – financial year 2021 for the scrolling of the ranking list of eligible projects submitted under the Call for Proposals 2021 for the selection of Pilot Projects of the European DIVA Project. 

The scrolling of the ranking list will finance part of the eligible projects, whose proposing partner and implementing partner have at least one legal or operational office within the regional territory.

Type of service

– pre-contractual checks to verify the truthfulness of the statements submitted and the eligibility of applicants in accordance with the DIVA call for proposals

– preparation of the documentation necessary and preliminary to the start-up of the projects (financing contract, guidelines for the administrative management of the projects, templates for project reporting and modification, faqs for frequently asked questions, etc.)
– financial monitoring, control and validation of expenditure of funded projects;
– support to beneficiaries during the implementation of projects in order to provide guidance on how to incur expenses and on the preparation of the relevant reports with supporting documents
– Preparation of audit trails and archiving of all necessary documentation in case of second level audits;
