The project provided technical assistance and training to organizations and their officials dealing with economic development, entrepreneurial and management training in Kaliningrad Region. The aim of the project was to produce more local endogenous resources, especially for:

• Regional policy making innovation through benchmarks with EU territorial approaches from the structural funds programming methods;
• Business and investment opportunities identification and development;
• Promotion of the economic relations between the Kaliningrad Region, Italy and the EU.

The project provides an internet web site for information and promotion of Kaliningrad Region in English, Italian and Russian languages (http://www.progetti.informest.it/kaliningrad).
