The Community of practices project, approved by the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia (FVGAR) following the resolution of the Regional Council n. 1896 of 01 December 2023 for regionally directed international cooperation pursuant to LR 19/2000, has theobjective of facilitating the co-planning of interventions between the operators and stakeholders who constitute the regional ecosystem of decentralized cooperation and create a place to share skills and knowledge to learn both to improve design skills and to interact regularly over time.

Specifically, the project has the following objectives:

• implement organized and quality knowledge on participation,to which every member of the Community has free access;
• networking the associations, with thesupport of experts in participatory processesandinterested promoters and the direction of the Region, to encourage thediffusion of innovative and participatory practices;
• activate a space for dialoguetocompare different approaches,share principles and tools,increase skills,highlight critical issuesandproposalsforparticipating in extra-regional notices;
• promote coordination between the “Community of practices” and the “Concertation groups”in order to make the opportunities foraccess to financing that the link between the two entities creates more explicit.

Type of service

INFORMEST will act ascoordinating technical partnerwith the following tasks:

• managementof its part of theProject activitiesthrough the financial resources provided;
• permanentconnection with the RAFVGin themanagement of project activities;
• management ofadministrativeandaccounting proceduresresulting from the implementation of the initiative;
• management ofrelationships with the partnership networkin close collaboration with the RAFVG;
• preparation of thereportingof the share to be paid relating to the co-financing of the RAFVG;
• preservation of all original documentationrelating to the project activities for at least 5 years from the end of the activities themselves.
