Project objectives:

The project has the overall aim of supporting the expansion process of the socio-economic structure of the target areas, developing the capacity building of the Agencies for the Local Economic Development to encourage cross-border cooperation and integrating the small and medium enterprises and their syndicates.

Project activities:

• Coordination, administrative-financial management, monitoring and evaluation;
• Analysis/identification of the existing Agencies for Economic Development on the regional territory;
• Analysis of the socioeconomic impact of the Agencies for Economic Development on the SMEs systems;
• Cross-border Network of the Agencies for Economic Development;
• Training on the Job;
• Socioeconomic animation;
• Pilot Actions – Activities BtoB;
• Dissemination activities.

Expected results:

• To facilitate the process of internationalization and metabolisation of external know-how and resources on their own territory;
• To animate the local economic tissue using specific information about the marketing channels;
• Awareness of the existing marketing cooperation opportunities, the modality used for their implementation and the tools available for financial and organizational support;
• Consolidation of the existing marketing relations and the activation of new relations;
• Internationalization and cooperation strategies to increase their competitiveness in the sector;
• The capacity of governance and the regulation of the local socio-economical system.
