SISMA project IV Steering Committee meeting on 20th and 21st December in Alzira (Spain)

18 December 2017

The IV Steering Committee meeting of SISMA project will be held Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st December in Alzira (Spain). The project – in which Informest plays as Lead partner – aims at developing innovative financial schemes to support the investment of the Public Administration for the deep energy renovation of public buildings. Eight partners from five European countries and one from Bosnia-Herzegovina, will define the final version of “SET – Subsidy Evaluation Tool”, a model to facilitate the assessment of the economic return on investments in energy efficiency. In particular, the tool determines the minimum amount of public subsidy needed to make an investment bankable. It is a simplified tool that does not require in-depth energy expertise for its compilation and with a “light” training the tool can be easily used by Public bodies to choose the building on which prioritize interventions/investments. In the next months of 2018 SISMA partners will organize training courses for civil servant on “SET – Subsidy Evaluation Tool” and the nation workshops to present the tool to a wider public.
