On Wednesday, January 15th, hosted by Venetian Cluster, the partners of the BioTech2Agri project gathered to review ongoing activities, discuss timelines, and plan upcoming initiatives.
The mapping in the ITASLO area continues: the results will be presented during a workshop scheduled for March. Discussions also began regarding the innovationcoins mechanism, a package of services that will be available to agro-food sector companies interested in biotechnological solutions and new applications.
The project management aspects were also addressed in depth: the activity timelines and the next reporting phase were the two main topics discussed by the partners.
The BioTech2Agri project is co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Program.

The project aims to enhance European competitiveness by fostering innovation in the agri-food sector. We will add value to Italian-Slovenian agri-food chains through biotechnological solutions, promoting cross-border collaboration between public and private sectors. This initiative seeks to create synergies and ensure sustainable development during and beyond the project’s duration, focusing on medium and long-term goals.
