Informest as the mandated body of the Autonomous Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia within the consortium led by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance managed the whole deployment of civil (4) and non-civil (4) servants originated by Friuli Venezia Giulia for the benefit of the Ministry, Voivodship and Marshall offices.

In this position Informest experts dealt with activities related to all specific objectives of the programme:

• Enhancement of the capabilities of institutions involved in implementation of IROP for sound and effective management of the programme, including financial management;
• Enhancement of the capabilities of institutions involved in implementation of IROP for monitoring and evaluating the programme;
• Enhancement of the capabilities of institutions involved in implementation of IROP and potential beneficiaries for application for SF support and implementation of the projects;
• Raising awareness of institutions involved in implementation of IROP and potential beneficiaries of possibilities for receiving support from Structural Funds under IROP.

Moreover one Study Tour in FVG Region was organised for relevant Polish officers on the issues of the organisation of expenditures certification and payment processes in particular.
