Project objectives:

To develop a strategy for the promotion of the cross-border co-operation among businesses and intermediaries in the Slovenian border region with Italy and technical assistance to Small Business Support Institutions (SBSI) in the Slovene border region.

Project activities:

• Creation of an awareness, promotion, information network;
• Selection, mobilization and training of human resources;
• Survey on CBC SME environment;
• SBSI business planning and sustainable activities;
• SBSI staff training and services upgrading;
• Strengthening SBSI networks and projects;
• Formulation of SME Strategy;
• Promotion of SME co-operation;
• Project drafting and management.

Type of service

Technical assistance and support to the start-up of the EIC SI753 Koper, by:

• Assisting it in the preparation and implementation of its working plan for the first year of its activity through direct meetings and study visits at Informest head-offices and through technical assistance to the development of joint initiatives;
• Assisting it in the evaluation and identification of its objectives, potentialities and needs, in order to draw up an effective working plan of its activities;
• Supporting it in the development of promotional activities.
