The first Digi.TV italian conference will be held in Trieste, Tessitori Hall, on 8th February starting from 10.00. Starting from the fact that broadcasting services and ICT technologies importantly contribute to the development of the society, this event will analyse the process of transition from analogue to digital television and its effects in Italy with a particular focus on Friuli Venezia Giulia territory.
To this regard will be presented to the public the result of a survey conducted in collaboration with the University of Udine in order to assess the level of satisfaction of users of Friuli Venezia Giulia and understand how they have changed the way they experience television.
High level speakers from INFORMEST, APEK (Slovenia), AGCOM, CORECOM national UNIUD-LAREM, Discovery Channel and Fox International Channel Italy will discuss about future prospects, challenges and possibilities of the television market in Italy.
The conference is organized by INFORMEST in collaboration with CORECOM FVG and AGCOM within the EEA Digi.TV project, co-funded by the European Territorial Cooperation Transnational South East Europe.
