Informest as the mandated body of the Autonomous Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia within the consortium led by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance managed the whole deployment of civil (5) and non-civil (6) servants originated by Friuli Venezia Giulia. In this position Informest experts dealt with the following activities:

• Coordination and partnership mechanisms;
• Information and publicity;
• monitoring and evaluation including indicators and programming + financial control and paying procedures;
• Annual and final reports;
• Project generation and selection.

Moreover one Study Tour in FVG Region was organised for 8 Czech beneficiaries focused on the presentation of methodology and case studies on FVG absorption capacity in the frame of its Ob. 2 SPD. Special importance was given to the establishment of integrated territorial development initiatives and to the use of state aids for entrepreneurial local development in the framework of Structural Funds programming.

Institution building and policy advice for Czech national and regional bodies managing with the National Development Plan for the implementation of the EU regional policy and Structural Funds programming exercise of the Joint Regional Operational Programme (JROP) in particular.

Reporting in workshops for central and regional authorities and stakeholders.

Production of communication and documentation tools for the delivery of project results.
