The project “Russian Managers in Nord-Eastern Italy – III and IV”, deeeply up-to-dated in comparison with the two previous editions, aimed at providing training in Italy to Russian young managers in the framework of the “Programme on Training managers and executives for the enterprises of national economy of the Russian Federation” (PMTP). The third and fourth editions aimed at training young Russian managers through a distance learning course followed by internships in Italy for the best performing participants, as in the two previous editions. The choice to use an e-learning methodology represented not only a logistic and economic advantage, but also allowed the Russian managers to use advanced computer tools. Informest designed and delivered e-learning courses on business management, particularly focused on four different subject areas: (i) international marketing; (ii) quality management; (iii) tourism management; (iv) business support services. Informest also organized internships within Italian companies for a 4-week period.
