The first two editions of the project consisted in a training programme in Italy targeted at young Russian managers in the framework of the “Programme on Training managers and executives for the enterprises of national economy of the Russian Federation” (PMTP).  The project aimed at the theorical and practical training of the Russian managers through courses in Italy and internships within Italian enterprises from the same sector of the Russian participant. The project consisted in the professional upgrading of 144 young managers selected in the whole Russian Federation. Informest designed and delivered training courses on business management, particularly focused on four different subject areas: (i) international marketing; (ii) quality management; (iii) tourism management; (iv) business support services. Informest also organized internships for the trainees within Italian companies, with the aim of improving their capabilities in applying EU and multilateral instruments and fostering economic co-operation between Italian and Russian companies.
