It will be held in Trieste from 24th to 27th October the 24th World Convention of Abroad Italian Chambers of Commerce (CCIE). The event is organized by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste and the special company Aries. Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 will be reserved for internal work of foreign delegates. On Monday 26 there will be the public session with the convention “EXPOrtare: new scenarios for the Made in Italy”. Tuesday 27, the all day will be dedicated to One-to-One meetings between representatives of CCIE and local companies inclined to expand their activities beyond national borders.

The convention, that will take place at the Maritime Station of Trieste, intends to develop the theme of the promotion of Made in Italy and of the role of the Italian chambers and Italian abroad in promoting the excellence of our country in the international markets.

In Trieste there will be the presence of the delegates of the 76 CCIE, recognized by the Italian State,operating in 50 countries worldwide, in constant harmony with the diplomatic - consular network and the Italian Chamber System. This event has always been an important opportunity to strengthen the relations of the Chambers network Italian abroad with all actors of Italian promotion and will promote the internationalization of the business fabric of the Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The public session with the conference “EXPOrtare: new scenarios for the Made in Italy” is divided into two panel: a first session entitled “The EXPO seen by the world and the role of the Chambers abroad”, and a second session entitled “New scenarios for the promotion of Made in Italy”. In the afternoon of the same day there will also be a workshop of agribusiness planning and a design workshop of innovative companies,Start up, Spin off. These two thematic sessions can be accessed by invitation only.


In compliance with the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decree dated 11 March 2020 on the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 Informest will be closed to the public. Activities will continue, as far as possible, in “smart-working”.
