The Final conference of ADC project, financed by SEE programme and coordinated by Veneto Region with Informest technical assistance, has been scheduled for the 13th of March in Venice. During the conference main project results, their long term expected impacts and the future perspective of cluster cooperation in Adriatic-Danubian area will be illustrated.

ADC project, leaded and coordinated by the Region of Veneto, was aimed at going beyond the existing similar productive specialization among companies in the Adriatic–Danubian area and at strengthening the territorial marketing of the Adriatic – Danubian compound in the global economy. It wanted to realize more of ADC region productive skills through the establishment of sectoral cluster networks, suitable to enhance the effective integration of the more competitive transnational value chains and to reduce regional disparities, also by fostering the attractiveness of the area for FDI. Furthermore, the aim of the project was to enhance the knowledge on the potential for cross-border cooperation and to promote it, granting greater visibility of the SMEs in the region.During the ADC final conference all main results and achievements of the project will be discussed, thus enhancing the dissemination of a successful story of cooperation for transnational cluster development. Also the findings of the 4 strategic sectors working groups and Transnational Cluster Agreements signed during the project will be explained, together with the Presentation of the Digital Business Ecosystem feasibility study and of the main connections and potential synergies of ADC project with other cluster related initiatives.
